WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. Come pick up day, there was a scratch on the passenger side mirror. I was informed by the salesman, Drew Shoemaker, that they would resolve that and paint it. 5 months later, and I still can not get a return to my phone calls. I have called MANY times to schedule service for the vehicle that is under warranty, but not a single return phone call. I was informed there were no issues with the car. There was a recall out for the car at the time of purchase. Shady business practices, even for a used car lot.
