Lancaster Mazda at 5120 Manheim Pike, East Petersburg, Pennsylvania.

I bought a car more than a year ago from Lancaster Mazda. I also referred my spouse's co-worker to the dealership. He, too, bought a Mazda. Nobody ever reached out to me to thank me for my business or to thank me for recommending the dealer to my spouse's coworker. When I reached out to my salesperson to let him know about the referral, I didn't hear back from him. When I reached out to Mazda -- the company, not the dealer -- the customer service representative stated that she would have someone from Lancaster Mazda reach out to me. Amazingly, nobody did. I continue to get post-cards, new-car sales reminders and dealer sale specials from the Honda dealer where I bought my Accord in 2014. Lancaster Mazda? I never received anything but post-cards reminding me to come and get oil changes. When I write a review, someone from Lancaster Mazda always responds saying my contact information has been "disabled" or that they are unable to find me in their system. Perhaps if the dealer took better care to keep track of their customers instead of making excuses, I'd be happier. At least I like the car -- even if there's no dealer support.
